Work Opportunities on the Farm
Sam needs some extra hands to keep up with everything that's happening on the farm!

Job Description:
- Woking one-on-one with Sam or working solo to accomplish harvesting, planting and cultivation of various crops.
- Using hand tools, small equipment and occasional larger tools.
- Working outdoors in most weather conditions.
- Lifting 50 pounds is common and most days require lots of walking and/or standing.
- The coming summer season involves lots of weed management and irrigation as well as preparing fields for fall and winter season crops that will be planted in late summer.
Job Skills:
- A love of spending time outdoors.
- An eye for details, like when a section of the crop is not thriving, the irrigation is malfunctioning, or the wild animals are damaging a crop This is critical so that we can make timely adaptation.
- Knowledge of equipment is useful but not required.
- Experience growing plants is useful but not required.
