We are growing head lettuce, lettuce mixes, basil, arugula, spinach and kale.
Hydroponic crops are new for 2021 and we look forward to expanding both the amounts and varieties of crops we grow as we become more experienced with these systems. We are especially excited about the opportunities this growing style provides for extending the seasons and growing crops during months when they won’t grow well in the field.
